Verein Gastro und Kultur Schlatt TG

The Gastro and Kultur Schlatt TG association (VGKS) promotes the strengthening of local structures in nutrition and gastronomy and supports the social and professional reintegration of people. This includes, in particular, the following objectives and activities: a) Promoting urban gardening and permaculture using these products in its own kitchen; b) Empowering young people and adults on their way to independence; c) Part of the catering offer has a direct connection to the region; d) The association is present in village life. To achieve its goals, the association operates restaurants and produces products that are distributed with the association's label. The VGKS is politically and denominationally neutral. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not strive for profit. The organs are active on a voluntary basis.
