Occupational pension provision for the employees of the founder or employer company, by providing support and benefits: to the employee in the event of old age or disability or in cases of need, such as illness, accident or unemployment affecting them personally; to the employee in cases of need, such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability affecting their spouse, minor or disabled children or other persons for whom they provide maintenance; in the event of the employee's death, to the surviving spouse and to persons for whom they were mainly or entirely responsible for maintenance at the time of their death. The foundation may also make contributions, in accordance with Art. 331 para. 3 OR, from previously accumulated and separately disclosed contribution reserves to other tax-exempt pension institutions to which the founder company has joined or which it has established itself.
